Our guarantee means you don’t lose any sleep.

We want you to sleep easy when you buy our Superior Slumber bedding. We want you to love our bedding as much as we do. Which is why we put a heart in our logo. We have rigorous quality control at our factory, to ensure that the bedding that gets to you is faultless, long-lasting and beautiful. But, we also know that, sometimes, a glitch can slip through our careful checking. Which is why you get our Five Year Guarantee included with all of our products.

What does this mean for you? It means that if there’s a manufacturing defect in any of our products, even if it occurs five years after you bought it, we’ll replace the product free of charge. All we ask for is your receipt or proof of purchase.

There are a few things our guarantee doesn’t cover, We don’t cover bedding that’s been damaged through wear-and-tear. And we don’t cover bedding that’s been damaged through accidental damage or misuse. So, please be kind to your bedding and look after it properly so it will look after you for very many restful nights to come.

What happens if you find a fault?

In the unlikely event that you do find a fault, please contact us at: info@superior-slumber.co.uk to tell us about it as soon as you can. If you can provide clear photographs of the fault, that would help us move things along faster. If photographs aren’t possible, we may arrange to collect the item to see the fault for ourselves.

Then, if there is a fault, and the product is within the guarantee window, we’ll replace it for you. And, if the item is no longer available, we’ll offer you the closest possible match that is available.
